It works on the back straps and steaks.
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, minced or chopped
1 / 2 onion, chopped
Lowry spices to taste
White pepper to taste

Mix soy sauce and pineapple juice together well by the Lowrey and white pepper.
If you have an injector, meat wrap or lap belt in the injection of plastic wrap and meat with this mixture. The foil prevents the development of a disaster on the work surfaces clean, his wife.
Once the process finished, garlic and onions in the marinade.
Separate the meat from the plastic and into a 1 / 2 "with lid. We help protective packaging Tilia food and love, because it requires the marinade into the meat much faster.
Otherwise, use a closed container. Add meat and pour the remaining marinade on the game.
Replace the lid and refrigerate for best results.
The next day, start the grill. Heated to high temperatures Allow.
Once the temperaturetur, bad boys throw on the grill for 2 minutes per side depending on thickness of the Court. I prefer a "cut 1-1/2 meat.
Do not be too long!
If you prefer the meat medium rare, cook your game as well.

My MIL swears by them again. Take advantage of deer and cans with salt as a preservative. If you have a can boil, and add barbecue sauce to make BBQ deer. Everyone loves have been, but I havent brave enough to try and I do not know how wild, my husband swears he is not a wild taste @ all!
