How to give the face wash too simple instructions to wash the face, then wipe with a cloth? I thought that as a rule, if you do everything wash, rinse, including the addition of water, then with water.

I do not know, but I know that you wash your face tightens with warm water opens the pores and, after washing, cold water, the pores in my mind, slows the process back into the dirt. My personal opinion is that this method is much better than just Wash your face out there to get their money.
